Mint PAR
You have the possibility to "mint" PAR against a collateral, for this you will have to create your vault with your corresponding collateral (You have the choice between 6 different collaterals on 3 different chains).
How to mint PAR
Create a vault
Parallel uses vaults for you to deposit your assets. Your vaults are safe, unique, and your assets are never loaned out.
Go to MINT page and choose to create your vault according to the collateral you have chosen.
At first, click on "activate" to approve the creation of your new vault.
Once activate, you can "create" your vault and deposit your collateral and choose how much PAR you want to mint against your collateral.
Keep in mind that a strategy that works well at a given time may perform poorly (or make you lose money) at another time. Please stay informed, monitor the markets, keep an eye on your collateral, and as always, do your own research.
Manage your vault
further down on the MINT page, you will see "Your vaults".
By clicking on "Manage", you will have more further information about your vault like returning your PAR, Mint more PAR, withdraw your Collateral or deposit more collateral.
