The main difference between inception vault liquidation and the Parallel protocol's is that because the liquidation configurations (liquidation ratio, liquidation bonus and liquidation fee) are configured by the owner at creation, the owner can design how to incentivize liquidation.

Liquidating a Vault

Same goes for the safety reserve which can be implemented by the inception vault owner either by leaving the accrued fees in the AdminInceptionVault or funding the contract with additinal PARs.
